CMYK = 4 color process printing (CYAN : MAGENTA : YELLOW : BLACK )
RGB = Computers monitors produce color in RGB mode - many programs default to this color mode. You should change color modes before editing colors.
DPI = Dots Per Inch A standard quality print is 300dpi at actual size. Images less than 300dpi may become pixelated.
Raster = Images created in photo programs (such as PhotoShop) are rasterized. This can give text a blurry appearance around the edges.
Vector = Fonts (once turned into outlines) and graphics created in vector programs (such as Illustrator) can be scaled up and down without loss of resolution if they are kept as vectors.
